Why???!!!

This explains some of my feelings towards the show as of right now.

*Grabs Soapbox* *Stands on Soapbox* *Clears Throat*:
Hello Everyone
So Im not sure if you have been watching Make it or Break it, but I have and I am not liking the direction it is going at all!

So lets start here Steve Tanner (Lauren's Dad) is back with Summer (Bleh) and I'm not too happy about that. Lauren is still being the same ol'[Evil Back Stabbing]  Lauren even with the major scare her dad put her through a couple episodes back.

I just liked him here because he was so cute. Don't cha think?
But the biggest most eff-ed up thing of all time is that they are messing with one of my favorite characters Emily (Chelsea Hobbs) and Damon (Disney's Johnny Pacar [I say Disney's because thats where I have seen him the most]). I love them as a couple and I hate the drama between the two of them it's like a little more than regular gymnast rocker boyfriend drama.  I am so heart broken since after Emily and Damon have their night together Emily finds out she is six weeks pregnant and is so unsure as to what she is going to do with the baby. -_-

Well  the reason why Emily is pregnant is because she has to be, her character Chelsea Hobbs is pregnant in real life, so there it goes hand in hand. But I feel like couldn't they just send her off overseas to where it was a part of her punishment/hardcore training or something so she could have been on the show but her character wasn't pregnant. I'm just saying we already have a pregnant teen show, this was one of my favorite shows because the teens weren't having babies. So I can easily see this show becoming less popular in my Monday night line up.  So in conclusion this is how I feel right about now:

I love this show so much! How could they do this?

I believe that I am speaking for 95% of the Make it or Break it Fanbase when I say this

Who in the Hell do you think you are Make it or Break it Writers?

How will you be Branded?

When it comes to tattoos I can go on for days about them. Although I only have two, I see plenty more (strategically placed) tattoos in my future. Hopefully something along the lined of these...

I forgot the website I got this from but boy is this one classy vintage style tattoo, I love the Anchor :0)

I adore fashion. ^_^

I have got to draw one for myself

I'm not sure why but this one has genuinely captured my heart. I mean can't you just picture this on a shoulder or shoulder blade, maybe even a rib cage for that matter.

Dexter vs Dexter

I guess this is what happens when two worlds collide.

Did you know her? Or Possibly heard of her?

Sorry I haven't blogged in awhile, i'm down to my last few weeks of classes.

Have you heard of the girl named Phylicia Barnes?
She went missing a few months ago when she went up to Baltimore to meet her step sister, but I was hearing in the beginning that she went to meet her father and sister. Bottom line she was staying at her sisters apartment where she then went missing. Even though I didn't know her,  didn't live too far away from me so this kind of hit home.

My heart goes out to her family and all those who knew her, but it especially goes out to her mother. There is no love like a mothers love.  It is very sad what happened, she was said to have been very smart and loved by a lot of people. Fortunately now we know she is in no pain and her soul is in a better place.

FEAR

Something I can only describe as pure raw emotion where your body over rides your brain and all hell breaks loose. Here are some examples:

See the fright in this poor kitty's eyes, he knows all hell is about to break loose, he also knows he may not make it out of this..sad but true.

And yes little Penny did shit her pants, lucky for her she wore a skirt that day...

Fear is what this little boy experiences every time he closes his eyes..So sad.

The worst type of fear is the fear you never see coming.
I also cannot even think of how the EB came to become.
But boy am I happy I never met this one. Poor Girl never saw it coming

Another way to describe fear is the feeling you get when you see this bitch here.  You then realize that she is indeed real, then once your over the shock of this surgical steeled nightmare you then wonder what the fuck is wrong with this Chick?
Does she think this is sexy?
Beats me, actually no Beat her.
Apparently she was 35 when this photo was taken. -life ended-

Smh, She's supposed to go through life looking like this?
Folks call it Body Modification, smdh.

But above all some days you just have to bite the bullet and face your fears.

For example see this lil guy to the right, now he may get trampled, but at least he stepped up with out any fear in his heart. *I applaud you little puppy*

Thanks for reading folks and to all the little silent readers, I see you -side eye- <>_<>

Make it or Break it 4-11-2011

To all of my ABC Family followers please tell me you saw last nights episode of Make it or Break it!

I love this show specifically because I love Gymnastics (amongst other things lol). I mean I LOVE it, like I wish I was interested in it when I was a tot so i could have grown with the sport. Any who my question is was I the only one who thought Lauren Tanner (Cassie Scerbo) was going to kill herself last night?...

OMG, Me too! but boy I swear my mind changed when Maeve (Alice Greczyn) left The Rock to go to the Airport. From there on I was talking to the tv like "uh uh, she dead, come on now she looks Sick!".  Sorry folks some days I'm a bit too goofy for my health. But still it wasn't that surprising to hear what she died from, Heart failure, Wow.
Perfection is one serious bitch, and she will kill you before you kill her.

On another note did you see Payson Keeler(Ayla Kell)? Wow. She tore that beam up! She really beat Lauren (Cassie) at her own game! It was so cute to see her fidget around with her attempt to be 'Sexy'. I thought it was a cool change to see her take her character out of her strict military-attack-the-move-and execute-with-grace-box {so to speak}.

Awesome show ({^_^})

I Bento, You Bento, WE Bento!!

This photo I found on google images, but you can find it, other photos and awesome recipes for Bento making at this website here  http://www.aibento.net/. This woman is a Bento Guru. lol.

If you're not too familiar with Bento making let me inform you about this particular aspect of the Japanese culture. {R.I.P. to those who were lost} I love just about everything I can get my hands on when it comes to Japan and the Japanese culture including Bento Making.

This is where people are able to make small meals that help them limit their calorie intake and provides a convenient breakfast, lunch, or dinner for men women and children.
The meals usually consist of two lean meats, a few veggies, fruit and loads of white or brown rice.
Some have food coloring which is usually for the children's boxes or the ladies if they enjoy a little fun in their lunches. lol!
The best part is that you can make virtually anything!
Like this guy I came across

Or this cutie with his round belly lol

The different shapes are made by using anything from straws as hole punches to ice cream scoopers for round bellies and heads. Plastic wrap helps shape the sticky rice exactly how you want it without getting the rice stuck between your fingers.

This would qualify as one of the more traditional boxes

This is a children's box
You can tell by its small size and adorable Pandas

Tooth picks and food coloring helps when drawing and coloring in small pieces like on this smiley face.

After this post I am going to go try to make a box of my own. If I am successful I'll post pictures! If not I'll post my failed attempt lol

Though there are real tools for bento making, it's just good to try it out with what you have on hand before you go out and spend the money on something you may or may not have a knack for.

UPDATE!

I made my own personal bento box, this is for tonights dinner and tomorrows lunch.  Yum!(^_^)
Please hold the criticism this is my first box and I am very proud.
The only trouble I had would probably be how my sisters and mother kept coming back for my chicken (my own original recipe). Ha!

Bad Habits, Hard to Break

I have one of the worst internet habits of all time!

I'm addicted to Facebook. Yes! I know it is a terrible thing but I am. Recently i tried to kick the habit by not going on to facebook until the end of May when I turn 20, smh. It didn't work out at all I started last Sunday and here I am this Sunday checking my messages and poking friends. It is absolutely pitiful, and I don't even play games on there!

So now I just decided to limit my face time on Facebook. Instead of checking facebook on my phone through out the day, i'll check it only when I get home from classes (or work whenever someone chooses to hire me).
The only way for me to find success in my quest to kick the facebook habit is by limiting my time on this specific website. Bottom line is that this should be easier rather than just going cold turkey.

Besides I like viewing people from behind my glasses, not my laptop screen.. ;0)

Here are some other facebook addict photos I found which should be a 'Hoot' for my fellow Facebook addicts:

Say What You Mean, Mean What You Say

Other times You don't have to utter one syllable and  people will know what you mean.

Sorry if this is a little too Vulgar  but this is one of my most favorite photos. It says exactly what the artist wants you to hear/see. Stand up for what you believe in!

Side Note: Sometimes you have to stop believing what you hear and read between the lines to see for yourself..

Solange Knowles

I am so trying this for tomorrow!

I'm not a big fan of her but I have taken notice to her hair this past year.  I'm not sure if you have or have not noticed Solange Knowles and her hair this past year but I have and I love the styles she has been experimenting with.

From when she cut off all of her hair, a move I consider very daring since I never could do something like that. (not afraid to admit it either)

Here she is when she first cut her hair

Here she is where i'm assuming a year or so later dj-ing.
(im not sure as to whether or not that is all of her hair)
After awhile she started rocking these braids
(which I love by the way, I want to get them done but I just have to find some one willing for a good price)

I never 'went natural' but just stopped perming, I did it about a year and seven months ago, I could brag about how liberated it made me feel but thats really what its about, I stopped perming my hair because I had seen the damage it [the perms] were doing to MY hair. Now two of my three sisters perm their hair and one sister's hair is thriving while the other's half way down her back. To each her own I guess.

But what I will say is that I have had some type of experience learning more about my body and hair through the use of natural products. The affects have been marvelous! Trial and Error is my best method by doing so I learned that while Olive oil products are great for my hair its very bad for my scalp and that raw shea butter is fine for my eczema prone skin  but not the best for my scalp. (weird, I know)

Bottom line, All I'm saying is to each her own..

Feet Art!

I'm thinking about possibly designing my own flip flops this summer

Although It weirds me out by using the word feet, I must. I am a recent flip flop and sandal wearer, since about the age of 13 I just decided to not wear sandals, flipflops, or heals. They all just made me too uncomfortable to show off my feet.

But since I turned 19 last year I am ready to break out the toe thongs and artsy sandals pieces with laces, bows and polka dots Oh My!
The trick is to find shoes that are cute enough to draw attention away from the feet in them while having a nail polish color that compliments them too!
Smart isn't it?

So, here are some of the lovely sandals I hope to be sporting this Spring on into the Summer!
Please people do not worry about the label, they aren't always the best part about a shoe, and sometimes the name brand might be less sturdy than the no name shoe...Unless its one Sweet Ass Louboutin *knees weaken*

Ruffles can be very appropriate no matter what age you are.

Avon
Now yes these have been out for awhile, but they never get old to me
A gladiator sandal with a heel on it?!
How Snazzy!
I have been looking for a good pair of combat boots for quite sometime now, but I never thought about how I'd wear them in the summer. Well there's my answer!
Steve Madden
Can these be any more sexy?

Gucci Spring Line 2011
I would love to have a pair of the first ones

Fendi
So cute! I love Shoes that I have to lace up. (Ballet Style)

Like I said There is nothing like a Bad Ass Louboutin!

It is now my soul duty to find a pair of these Armani sandals!

Photo from Elle
My heart stopped when I saw these I had to post the full photo because I loved all of it!

Now one of the most important part about Shoe Art (aside from trendy nail polish) is that your feet are most definitely moisturized, especially after being cooped up all Fall and Winter. the best time is the night before right after you take a shower, moisturize and them put on some socks, you can stop by your local Wally-World and pick up a pair of Aloe infused socks perfect for sleeping in and super comfy! Go to sleep with the socks on and wake up in the morning with beautiful sandal ready feet!

Yarrrrd Sailiiiiiing!

This past Saturday I went yard sailing with my mother and youngest sister, it was awesome!

Watching her in action was amazing, even though I got off to a slow start,
7AM + Saturday = Dead Bree
There were church yard sales and community yard sales it truly was an amazing Saturday.
I actually scored a few Items while on this adventure, there were three books two were murder mysteries and the other was The Da Vinci Code (something I had been looking for).  The other items I took pictures of for you guys to see:

This awesome Anchor Pendant (25cents), which has seriously had me consider getting another tattoo.
(the necklace I got sometime ago flea market find for $1)
I found the bag at one yard sale and the pendant at another so Sweet!

I found Waldo!(for 25cents) Be prepared for a series of segments of pictures where you'll have to find him in random photos I take.

This is what I though to be my master find of the day (not a great photo better one later). This awesome well worn messenger bag, it kind of has this vintage feel to it which makes me want to run to the nearest Belk and buy a blue floral cotton dress and some Sperrys. (^_^) the label says its by J. Crew, Im really not too big on labels anymore (I used to be a pure [Label] junkie when I was younger).
Now its more about if it looks good then take it and make it your own.

Oh and Can't forget my baby, she woke up, saw me taking photos and had to put her two cents in. LOL!
Ha! thats All for now folks!
